this car has been for sale for ages, like over a year. i've seen it many times before of tradingpost.com.au and carsales. i highly doubt it was from the show.
There was probably one in the show that looked identical and he's just seen an opportunity for a sales pitch.

I was watching this car out of interest actually. When I first saw it, it was for sale for 3000, then dropped to 2800 then he jacked the price up to 3800 on account of underbelly!!Comment

I reckon that it is legitimate. Easy enough to check with Vantage Management that do the cars for the show if it is in fact the car.
