its used after you sand something down to the metal so it doest rust again.

just before the primer goes on, you take it of the thinners, when you whip it off a very thin layer stay on still. which is great!

but i still havt put the primer on. That gray colour you see it epoxy, which is a layer of paint that is very rust protective.

If that paint comes up nice I dont think you should be embarassed asking $2k for it. So long as it is mechanically sound and wont need squillions spent for a roady. You have a nice photographic record of whats been done to the car which is good. A lot of people can be suspect of whats being hidden by a new paint job

It was referring to all the effort you have gone to - so for not much more effort you can rub the whole thing down and give it a new lease on life.

instead, im going to put in a 2L engine in with a gti head and supertech valves.
and maybe a schrick cam, a nice lumpy one. and of course twin webers.

im going to put the kwv3 on it aswell.

i need some nice rims now...

also i was thinking to go track days with this..

that combo should make ~130-140HP with a good tune afaik.
