Looking at the pic of your bumper, there is BA surface prep for that paint, try using paint stripper to get the stuff of with...should lift that easy..

Be wrecking a 79 4 door in a short while if your needing any bits... + have some unique to 76 parts here also....

PS: I booked the truck, ended up being $98. Still pretty good. It was $56 for 1 wheel or 98 for 4?!

roccodingo !! your on my a list haha , and the time is near mate ...going to have tp get them engine mounts and a new 4 speed trans , thats about it , and suspension but its not on the high list , drive to conditions they say , and i wil in this

really diggn the wheels fitt them up and throw some coilovers at it or chop the springs a coil each allround. the bumper should clean up nice.

here is my 1.6l head had it shaved , didnt need a pressure test , still cleaning it up ,so this will give another story to tell when its plonked in ...

well i have just been waiting aroun for this guy to come back from america its been a year he had an engine up there in the hills , it is a 1.6 but been bored out and he says the guy he bought it off says its gonna go hard fully rebuilt with cams extracters ,side drafts , been rebuilt for the track he said , so im going up there tonight to check it out again , will get some picks and more details , oh and he has a mk 1 gti there to thats full of rust , he is unsure what he wants to do with it , um he has body kits ect...cant wait to have a gander again

but have to fund some cash for the donk and suspension firts and will worry bout rims later......

got some pics of the engine but he cant really tell me the details of whats in it
he bought this 2 years ago for $1250 , all the extracters are made in germany , has the lynex side draft brand new , 1.6 bored out to ??? racing cam but usure of the details of that too , been fully rebuilt from top to bottem , so the fella he got it of said this thing will go !! hmm i might take the chance on this and get a better fuel pump and see how it goes , now i have two side drafts !!!

replaced the back quarter panal windows what a mission , you need like four hands to do this i wish i didnt start it cos i made a little mess of the inside , mmm well
