it actually wasn't a lack of control...it was lack of vision and going too fast to react any where near quick enough. headlights are crappy on mk1's, lack of sleep, poor night vision and speed did this one you live you learn

Yeah, and also never speed down the road and act like your brakes are out. It didn't work for me and she never forgave me for killing that family's pony..
