  • Relocating k-jet fuel filter - good or bad idea ?

I'm thinking of relocating the fuel filter from here :-

    To here :-

Only need to find a outlet fuel line from filter to k-jet fuel distributor.

Any comment ? do-able ? will it have any bad effect ?

Volvos mount theres in the rain tray so it should be OK. I think Audis might too.

Suggest you pop down the wreckers and have a look at Audis and Volvos for ideas and parts.

doesn't matter where it is the system runs at pressure wont make a difference just be careful where you put it if you ever need to change it you may get some spillage best place i think is under the car out of sight.

        IMHO.

Too much effort, for no reward.

        It won't change a thing.

It look's neat enough where it is. No need to run fuel hose's all over the country side for nothing.

Not as neat as this, however I agree it's too much effort. I'll leave it as is until I'm dead bore and have nothing to do
