      ha ha.

      Yes the Calais sorry.

Took Josh for a spin today & he was all teeth & gum's! ha ha.

For a road trip machine, you can't get anywhere near it & can't go past it.

I'll come down & spin a few spanner's for you.

            HaHa Water boy, yes.
Mine will be a low budget one, with the 2L twincam quite sufficient for my use. Get a good paint job done, low and I,ll be more than happy.
            Cheers, Andrew

Pffft!!!! And LOL!!! , No Jayjay!!
                Function over show thanks!
It will get fresh chrome window strip and wont lose any body chrome, apart from the ugly US front bumper.
It has the aluminium framed sliding rear window too. See the different inner door trim? Sposed to be good inside.

Thanks Mollins, it cant arrive soon enough mate!
I am going to get stuck into it big time over the christmas break I hope.
A lot of "gunters" stuff will go into it, brakes, front suspension ect. The main aim is to keep it looking original but low with the wheels. (if they ever turn up here as well!!)
I will have to find a decent front bumper too but I have everything else here to do the conversion.
                        Andrew

Looks like a very straight, clean example, Andrew. They are such a quirky little car…..you’ll love it Don’t know if I’d be carting too many bits and pieces around in it, though
