Some pics from today (not dial-up friendly, sorry!) and review of the car!!
Absolutely stunning achievement, Valver. Words can't do it justice. I may be new to Dubland, but I certainly recognise the labour of love you've put in and the outstanding result that has come of it.
It has a 1.3 8v conversion with a 3spd slushbox and 1.25" exhaust

I've wanted them for as long as I can remember, but could never find a pair for the 'right' price. These are a bit dusty, but a good buff with leather treatment should have them back in nice shape. The resin is also a bit scuffed on the back of one seat, but apparently that's easily fixed.
They fit right up to Cobra Mk1 Golf subframes using the Porsche Recaro side plates and sit nice and low aswell.
You can pick them up with one finger through the harness hole - they're so light
