cigarette lighter/12v plug in rabbit

Hi Guys,
thanks for your help with the speedo question....all fixed now YAY!

im about to install a cigarette lighter not for an ipod fm transmitter,
i pulled the ash tray out today and found 2 wires behind there, Blue and brown attached to a plug thats not being used

i am yet to purchase a test light though it does look like this is the plug for where the cig lighter should be plugged into, does anyone know off the top of their head?

also i have to cut the hole for the cig lighter, any tips before i hack at it with a drill?

I have a cig lighter for a Mk1 downstairs if yours is missing/not working

It is always a shame to destroy the original fit out.
