  • White trim clips

Tried to fit some last night and put on new side trim.

    They are a pig,.

I know they are simple but anyone had any experiences with these little babies and give me any advice?

Not sure whether to drill out panel a little larger, buy a centre punch or what.

Sounds simple but trust me they are a pain

I run all brand new ones on my mk1 and they still come loose (solid engine mounts and locked diff doesn't help) you can pick them up from most auto parts stores, i found you can spread the clips slightly but be carefull there easy to brake, also if you trim doesn't fit along the lines of the car pretty good they wont clip properly if all else fails bust out the the stikfla flex and glue them on

Yeah I didn't mention the trusty ole Sikka For obvious reasons, however everytime I break another clip I am more tempted to go and buy some Sika....

Thanks for the input buddy !
