Great road trip car due to the modern comfort and fuel consumption so down to Albury we went for VITS.

I put the white Modenas back on because they have much better tyres on them than my 18" monzas do. Had to raise the car to fit the 18s and haven't put it back down yet so it's a higher than it has ever been.

Installed a KW rear sway bar today. Think it's a 24mm solid bar. Much more substantial than the factory 19mm hollow one.




Gave her an oil change - bashplate doing its job!

Haven't really tested it out with the rear sway yet but did a quick spin around the block and through a roundabout. Car definitely feels more rigid (in a good way) and much more pointy. Hoping I've killed the little under steer I use to have!

Test fitted my Modenas on a good friend of mines gti. Tried to take a few snaps of both cars. Was really dark so they're quite grainy after editing.

Probably about same height actually because 18s give me a little lift and 17s give him more of a drop. Gti kit is a bit lower though also.

Thanks man. Digging the monzas. Seen the Modenas on it for too long. Good to mix it up.
