I've been here for while, so I thought I'd post up some pics.

Just by coincidence a family member was selling this vw in 2012 as I was just about to buy a new polo gti.
For a tidy sum I bought the golf, with only 7000 original kilometers ! I couldn't pass it up.

It now has 14k on the clock.

It barley gets driven & sits in the garage most of the time.

Future mods may be:-

-Gti steering wheel & gear lever
-maybe 18's
-DSG tune

Otherwise I'm not interested in making it look like something it's not i.e gti
So the bumpers moulds are gonna stay.

Welcome mate. Love the list of mods. How are you finding the Revo tune?

Gti wheels....,you got me there, I meant that the front end will stay the OEM.

Revo tune is good heaps more mid range.

Yeah I noticed with my CustomCode tune mid range has significantly improved. The turbo on our cars are tiny and run out of puff quickly.

Down low the torque is amazing but above 3000rpm it's like a 180b with 300000 kms on it.
