How does one do it on the 2011 Polo 1.6 tdi ? How much oil does it take?

Capacity, oil type etc are all listed in the maintenance schedule in the manual.
You will have to be sure you use the correct oil, do a search around the forums and you will come up with some relevant results about brands available and where to buy them.
