indeed.
Took me ages to finally log with the new turbo and send data to Viezu. I am currently waiting for the new map
I can also say - make sure you replace or clean your pro-vent filter periodically, as when it blocks up it makes your lovely VW TDI blow oil smoke at takeoff just like a ****ty mitsubishi.'07 Touareg V6 TDI with air suspension

Have loaded vPerf map and driven about 120km on it so far.
Smoke is down.... well pretty much non-existent.
Low end torque (belows 2500) about the same
Top end - MUCH better
Economy - stupidly good. 5.0l/100 on the way to work (normally 5.1-5.2) and 4.2l/100km on the way home (normally 4.5ish).
Who wants a Video?'07 Touareg V6 TDI with air suspension

What I'd like to see are the boost logs.
Are those mileage figures from the MFD? I've found that mine will change vs actual (from odometer vs fill amounts) with different mapsLast edited by kaanage; 19-09-2013, 06:56 PM.Resident grumpy old fart

Like I said, I;ve only gone 120km... well 170 now
I will hopefully do a couple of logs and perhaps take a vid this afternoon.'07 Touareg V6 TDI with air suspension

Looks like you've boosted your boost by 10% - I'm guessing the extra air is burning your fuel more completely => less smoke.Resident grumpy old fart

Actually thats something I cant figure out. With the old turbo I was seeing the actual boost line match the spec very well. With the new turbo, the actual is over - why?
More diagnosis this weekend hopefully.
My vid tells me i can do 40-100 in 7 seconds, in 3rd gear. I love dieselLast edited by gldgti; 20-09-2013, 10:12 PM.'07 Touareg V6 TDI with air suspension

The MAP is absolute pressure. So no, its only 22 psi gauge. However, my boost gauge says something like 25 psi peak.Originally posted by Mysticality View PostSounds good.
Is that 2.5bar of boost?
36PSI - impressive!!!
I spent all day today doing a dynamat install on the cabriolet so didnt play with the skoda. Will tomorrow.
