Each to their own, im happy to have covers and i gladly remind people that they are covers. Unless somebody is happy to buy me a bbk, the covers stay on.

Lol bunch of trolls! But i like objective criticism, it always plays a part in a build thread and acts like motivation so thank you! And just letting you know, this is my build thread and my car i can put whatever i like if you dont like it, theres plenty of other threads to troll guys!

I prefer to drive my car fast on a back road, not slow down Church St in Parramatta. I'm sure ze Germans had the former in mind when designing the car.

Mmmm...thanks for posting those photos - helped me decide not to go the winglets - I personally don't like them ( same as they red rimmed badge ) but as long as you like it thats all that matters right? So don't worry about any criticism here on the forum - if you post up photos you will get a lot of opinions - sometimes its good to get a general opinion - doesn't make them trolls

This certainly makes your TDI unique Adrian. If it makes it so why care what others think. It is your golf. Same reason why my TDI looks different to other TDI. Not to everyone's taste but at least I can spot it instantly and say that is mine.
