    This mornings effort.

Huge discovery is that it looks like the late model PD100s use the same inlet manifold as the PD150. go figure. PD150 on left PD100 on the right. My inlet manifold was pretty clean as well atleast compared to a few others.

Little split in the radiator hose thanks to VW's crappy design, the radiator hoses for the EGR rub.

    Turbo Manifold.

Yeah my understanding was that all the PD100's had a dual port manifold with the butterflies but clearly not all of them.

Okay the waiting game for parts has started (will post photos a little later on).

Today's (well yesterday now) progress saw the turbo unbolted, short shifter fitted, engine bay detailed, front of the car detailed.

Went to do the 312mm Brake Upgrade, figuring I would need the hubs off a Polo GTI or similar. Confirmed that I do, so basically if anyone has a set of Polo GTI Hubs or quite possibly Mk4 288mm Disc Hubs I will be happy to take them

              Got it running,

Needs the clutch, injectors and tune done

              Currently engine wise it has

              PD160 intake
              VNT1749VB Turbo
              Cat and Muff Delete
PD150 inlet manifold and Darkside Developments EGR Delete.

              Need a FMIC as well

yeh man, i went to fit some GTI brakes, found out I needed the front hubs. Big FML moment

So I settled for new rotors and greenstuff all around instead!\

Now hurry up and hit Gav up for a tune!

yeah, i know how you feel.....

i bought noone's gti brakes a year and a bit ago, back when everyone who was doing 312mm upgrades was preaching "these would be a great upgrade for non-gti owners, straight swap" (my fault for not double triple confirming, though)... they've been sitting in storage opposite lp bodyworks the whole time, gathering dust

maybe i should turn em into really fcking heavy paperweights or something...

Hahahaha, it is such a pain.

It is a bit of a joke some of the stuff they do but on the plus side the car is almost done. I may wait and save and fit the ECS 2 piece disc along with the Porsche Boxster calipers instead.

Still waiting to hear back from Gav, I messaged him ages ago but didn't reply I know he was busy though When I get some time I will message him again.

                              Alright small update.

Ordered the injector fitting kit so hopefully have that all sorted out early next month. So if anyone wants a TT Setup I have one going at a good price

Selling off my Audi Brakes as I will go a Porsche Boxster with 2 Piece disc setup.

                              Also got some 17x8 Oz's

Have a whiteline sway bar on the way as well, Need to get that fitted up and make up the Camber plates before the start of the race season. So much to do
