BP Ultimate Diesel

The BP site doesn't seem to specify exactly what is in BP Ultimate Diesel other than it has an anti-foaming agent and some sort of injector cleaner.

I have read elsewhere the this fuel is a form of bio-diesel. Even so, the BP site says it is suitable for all types of diesel engine.

On a VW TDI, the manual and the sticker inside the lid of the fuel filler clearly states not to use bio-diesel.

So, can anyone tell what BP Utimate is made up of and if it really is suitable for all types pf diesel engines?
