Diesel purge with 3 line filter ?

How the hell are you ment to do a diesel purge on a 1.6 TDI that has a 3 line fuel filter?
I see that the fuel rail returns to the filter and the injectors return to the fuel pump and the fuel tank.
Is the tank supply line lopped back into the tank return line and both fuel rail and injector returning into the purge bottle along with the high pressure fuel pump line?

So as it turns out not every fuel pump can do a purge on its own unless it’s got a feed pressure of 6bar

The CAYB 1.6 came with two types of fuel pumps

One with a it’s own pre delivery pump and one without.
The one without gets its pre delivery pressure from the fuel tank pump at 6bar

So anyone who has the fuel filter with the 3 lines you will need a external pump to deliver 6bar of pressure to the high pressure fuel pump
Not one YouTube video mentions this.
