How to change DRL for Scirocco R

Hey,

So my right sound DRL is out. I think it something with the moisture/condensation that is happening in the housing since the last couple of hard days of rain in Sydney. Does anyone know what the process is to remove this?

Also whats the cost on a replacement on a DRL?
