Thats correct, i do have my scirocco r tuned giac stage 1. Im very happy with the resulttheres a noticable difference in the exhaust note which is a bonus
very explosive and as expected a bit of traction loss when hitting boost..

I've had APR as my tune of choice with all my past GTI's and now with my scirocco R. Their products including their RSC DP and exhaust are extremely good quality and transform the driving experience! I would go with APR any day over GIAC.
Not just saying that cos I've had it in my last 2 cars but also due to the over whelming comparisons made in other forums around how APR out performs GIAC in every way
