You've got love those times when the heart takes over and makes the decision for you and the head be damned !
I knew I "needed" my current car, an XR5 after seeing the Top Gear test of the orange one and Clarksons praise of it. 6 months later I had one on order though I fortunately did see some sense and didn't order an Electric Orange one (Have loved all 5 years ownership of it !). Very nearly ended up with a Focus RS for the same reason until the head won over. Even now with me having made up my mind to get a Golf I still have the odd "wonder if with the Scirocco there's any way I could get *something* to work/fit" moment.
