The first one was a Black Scirocco R privately imported i believe.
The one you saw was likely another private import or a press vehicle/test mule.
Good to know they are getting around though. -

You can buy them brand new through performance imports in Queensland, they buy them from VW dealers in New Zealand and send them over, then get them complied. You're looking around the $70,000 mark for one.....sigpic
