So the Mk1 section has a list. How many Mk2 Sciroccos are there out here?

Add your car and a pic if you can. Also a bit of history and specs if possible.

1. 1986 GT, now 20VT Mine. In Sydney.
2. 1988 GTX Black, UK car, now in Brisbane with its American owner Beau. Now 16v Kjet.
Used to be owned by Mark Bainbridge in Melbourne, he imported 2 Sciroccos.
3. 1988 GTX Black, also imported by Mark Bainbridge, now being restored in Melbourne
4. Flossi, Silver 1987 GT Pre Facelift owned by Tulyar in Adelaide
5. A white 1989 GTII that was smashed, also owned by Tulyar and resting in Adelaide.
6. A grey GTX that I saw purchased at an auction in sydney, now in VIC and on Carsales.
7. Yellow 16VT 1988 in Sydney has massive bodykit.
8. Early Mk2 with no engine sitting in a field in Smithfield.
9. Early Mk2 that was at DOVW last year. Belongs to Bill Malkoutsis
10. White Automatic GT in that was snaffled from Brisbane and is now lurking around in Melbourne. Also belongs to Bill
11. Orange GTX 1985 owned by Guy Schofield in Melbourne
12. Red 1985 GT (was in Adelaide a year ago) owned by a chap called Tony. It was landed in Perth in 1995 and driven to Adelaide the long way round!!
13. Martys 1983 GTI with 16v Turbo 4WD!

Anyone know of any more, or have more details about any of these cars.

#4 Flossi is Silver - 1987 pre the February facelift
#5 is (or rather was!) a White 1989 GTII
#11 is an Orange 1985 (I think) GTX
There is also a red 1985 GT (was in Adelaide a year ago) owned by a chap called Tony. It was landed in Perth in 1995 and driven to Adelaide the long way round!!

Both 1985 cars are post the facelift that took place that year.

Originally i had two mk2's, a crashed 88 GT2 that was last registered in melbourne in 96 which has long since gone to the wreckers. But for good reason the previous owner was lucky to survive the crash after hitting a telegraph pole at three figure speeds. I kept all the parts i could though for the second car...

An 83 GTI, is in under coat waiting for top coat in my dads shed with a highly modified GTX bodykit grafted into the body with to many mods to list here. It was a 1.8 k jet with factory single wiper and tilt n slide sun roof. Now it will be running a 2.1 litre 16v turbo and audi S3 6spd quattro driveline.... Ill start a thread when i get time to build it again

I bought the 87 gtx in carsales cant believe noone took it before i sold my car to get it.crazy its sooooo nice.pics coming
