              yes actually. I have a real soft spot for a mk1 scirocco. Maybe oneday one will surface somewhere.

                  Mannn...I'd have both if I could! But if I couldn't I'd have either. I'm not that old so I don't think I can appreciate the old as much as you OLDIES can; but the mk1 still makes me pants-happy...hahah

                    Very very cool machines. I'd take either, although the MKI with the interior and brakes of the latest beast could also work for me

                              I like the exterior look of some old cars, but just can't get over the daggy interiors - crap steering wheels, vinyl (?) seats, ordinary ergonomics, lack of airconditioning, decent sound system etc, and of course, their typical lack of airbags, decent brakes etc
