2012 VW Scirocco R diffuser

hi i have a 20125 scirocco r and im looking to put a rear diffuser on, can someone with experience on this tell if it would look weird with out the side skirt and front lip and would you need to put the side splitters on if you hook up the diffuser.

also would anyone know if someone is selling used parts.
