Grrr it makes my blood boil that you can get a Corrado in UK for a couple of grand but it's almost impossible to bring it to Australia to drive on the road. Stupid Aussie import laws.

Nice article tho. I was 7 yrs old and I've been dreaming of owning a Corrado for the past 24 yrs.

Why is it hard to get UK cars registered here? Ive seen a few UK personal imports on the road.

The Corrado is very cool, except we never got them in Australia, so I hadnt even heard of them until I saw one on Midsomer Murders (lol) and thought what an awesome piece of kit! We never got the Scirroco nor even the Mk1 or Mk2 Jetta either. Yet we did somehow receive the dreaded Fiat Regatta back them *shakes head*

I thought the Alfa in the article was also pretty awesome.
