what's self healing paint protection? what does it do? how long does it last? and do I have to do anything special to clean the car?

Yes, the self healing product once heated upto 60c (sun or hot water) becomes soft and will level out swirl marks and minor scratches.

Maximum performance of the product is at least 5 years, by then we will add an additional layer ($120-$180) to boost it for another 5 years of maximum performance.

No special products required, just wash and dry regularly with any car wash shampoo, then a clay bar once every 1-2 years!
