Porsche 928 Phone Dials 15x7

Hi All,

Hopefully someone can help me on here I got a MK2 Golf and thinking of putting Porsche 928 Phone Dials specs are 15x7 ET65
is it straight forward as just getting adapters or is there more to it??

adapters correct spec and appropriate widths, correct hardware (if the adapters don't come with it), appropriate size tyres.
