Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

      wabit,

no matter what, there is only a little bit of black rubber between you and the rest of the world when you're in the car... may I suggest you get a better tyre even if it's a bit more expensive, but when the "tought gets going.. you might wish you did". I'll see what I can find in the morning and let you know..

yeah guys, custommer with Hummer stretch x2 wants 28inches, nothing less will do... I am searching the world to find him the wheels. Not easy

Wabit, looked for you today, and waiting for a few suppliers to come back to me with best prices, but would like to ask... Tyres have different rollin diameters but is it the 165/45/15 or 165/50/15 you need? I mean, what is the correct size? Sorry I didn't check in my "orange book"

I hope to have something for you 2morow
                    Cheers

thats cool mate thanks for the effort

its going on a set of zender turbo's 15x7's so i really should be having 195's or 205's but because these wheels will be for "show purposes" they will not be driven hard on...
