  • Will these fit?

    Hey all,

Looking at picking some wheels up for my TSI tomorrow, just wondering if any of you guys have any knowledge as to whether 19x8.5's will fit on my car at all. The price is super good and really keen on these wheels because the colour will suit my candy white paint nicely.

    Cheers!

Need to know offset, stud pattern, centrebore and bolt hole size before answering that.
First two should be enough of a giveaway tho

Well PCD is 5x112 so I know I'm all good with that, the seller hasn't told me the offset yet but they're audi rs4 reps

might be a bit aggressive unless you have it lowered. 19x8.5et45 seems the go with most of the guys at stock height

            Ok thanks
I'll be lowering it in the near future, just thought I'd snap up a deal because it makes me sad to see my car on hubcaps haha

A few dumb noob questions, perhaps....

I am looking at replacing the OEM alloys on the Fabia. The standard wheel is 17x7, 5x100, offset +41. The replacement I'm considering is 17x7, 5x100, but offset is +35.

Am I right in thinking the replacements will sit slightly further out from the centre of the car? If so, would that amount cause the OEM bolts to be too short, and is there an easy way around that?

Yes it'll sit 6mm further out.
Length of the bolt is based on wheel design, not offset. You Wil most likely need new bolts (conical seat) anyway if they are after market wheels.
