  • hub centric adapter help

i have purchased a set of new wheels for my 2003 vw golf and i dont know what hub centric adapters to get. the wheels are a set of 18' lenso type M multistud wheels. does anyone know which ones to get or where to get them?

im also thinking of getting some wheel spacers as well to give it a fat look. anyone know where to maybe get hub centric wheel spacers instead of the adapters?

    Re: hub centric adapter help

ECS tuning sell H&R hubcentric spacers, they cost a bit but are worth it, if your wheel stud pattern is other than 5x100 then you will need adaptors

Best to do some reading up on adapters and spacers. If you need adapters for your new wheels in changing the pcd it will also space them out. In a sense an adapter is a pcd changing spacer. If your current wheels are the right stud pattern and you just want to space them then you only need spacers.

Adaptec or H&R off Ecs would be my pick when you know which ones to buy but first will be to look into what specs the wheels are and ow you want them to sit etc.

Exactly what anthony said, and i wouldn't know anywhere in Aus other than keeping an eye out in the forum classifieds. It shouldn't cost you too much to get some shipped over anyway man

your looking at about $380 landed for a set of custom adapters from adaptec from memory. Not sure on Ecs prices.

Probably not since they aren't legal here

I think you are getting adapters, spacers, and hub rings confused...

what stud pattern, width, and offset are the lensos?

yes i think i have mixed them all up haha.

i went to tyrepower today after uni and ordered new wheel nuts and got them to order hub rings. they measured it for me and hopefully got the right ones. ill leave the wheel spacers for later ive got a few other things i need to do first

The OP talks about spacers and adapters both of which are illegal. The hubrings which he now has a fully legal.
