Hey guys? Anyone done this style yet? In the process of ordering a RS wagon and concidering some factory Bentley or Lamborghini wheels.... It's a hot euro trend... But has anyone done it here?

It rarely gets done properly over here.
It usually consists of getting the largest replica OEM rims and putting them on the smallest airbagged or coilover'd car. Not much care seems to be given to flush or slightly proud fitment, unfortunately.'07 Transporter 1.9 TDI

OEM+ has been around forever, its not just wheels that it applies too, rather a overall look IMO.
Few guys have those wheels on dubs in OZ, but I wouldn't really call most of the lambo wheels OEM on a vw.
It's a bit of a personal taste thing too...Comment

I believe there was a couple of set of Bugatti's on here and a set of Gallardo front's since the rears are a lot wider but since they are "unique" they cost a lot more than a performance type wheel and weighed more.Originally posted by dylan8 View PostComment

What width wheels and tyres will suit the RS?
OEM Gallardo fronts are 19x8.5" with a 235 tyre which might be too wide for the guards, though I don't know anything about the RS wagon to confirm. The rears are 11" wide with a 295 tyre.
I remember seeing a thread on another forum around the same time as those 4x Gallardo fronts were for sale here on VWWatercooled - VWVortex.com - Lamborghini Gallardo Wheel specs - there are a few pics on that thread with Audis running these same wheels.
If you're ever in Canberra and want to give it a try on your car I've got a spare set of OEM Cassiopeias in my garage (the wheels in those Audi pics) that you're welcome to test fit to get an idea of how they look.Comment

Cool thanks.... I might just take you up in that.... The 11" wheels won't fit...... I need 4 fronts... I'm talking skoda RS by the way... I've found some Bentley rims but I drive it heaps and am worried about doing heaps of klms on a very stretched tyre....Comment

No problems at all. I don't know how hard it would be for you to source 4 fronts - it may even be cheaper to buy 2 full sets, keep the rears in storage and then sell them back as full sets when you're done.
