  • Can anyone recommend a powder coater in Melbourne?

    Hi all.

I have tried searching for this in other threads, but didn't turn up anything.

I am looking at powder coating the rims on my Octavia black and was hoping someone could point in the right direction.

I am south east of Melbourne and would ideally like to stay this side of the city.

    Thanks in advance.

A Class Powdercoating in Moorabbin. Has done a few non auto jobs for me and all good. Have seen wheels there to be prepped and coated.

Thanks GRP, I'll be sure to check them out.

This is the type of thing I would like to work on recommendation rather than find some random company.

+1 for A Class in Moorabbin. Got a bike frame done there 2 years back, frame has had a fair beating but the paint's still going strong.

The guy who runs A Class strikes me as really knowing what he is talking about in what can be done, preparation required etc. Can properly discuss the needs/issues first rather than just say no probs that will be $XX.

              No idea.

Assume it is a matter of quality masking.
