So I bought a set of Eibach springs direct from Eibach this week as they have a Spring/Summer sale on.

The Eibachs are installed now and look/feel great. Really happy with the result.

Hey mate, did you buy from this guy... Eibach or someone else?

I'm currently trying to decide whether to go for these, the blue VW/Eibach springs on the ECS website or whether I should go all out and get the KW V2/V3's coilovers (I have no plans at all to track it, just to lower for looks but to retain the ride comfort).

It might be just me but I don't see a big drop in the two photos, how much was the advertised drop? Also could you tell me whether you took any before and after measurements to compare the drop? How long after the install did you take the "after" shot? I think they settle in a little more after a week or two, and what changes (if any) have you noticed since having these fitted?

P.S. - Also damn you for getting the v701's! I was eyeing them, got a quote and all now I'll have to look for something different

I bought them direct from Eibach Australia $365 - Part# 10-85-022-02-22

It's about 1.5 inch drop...perfect amount as the tyres sit right on the guards. These springs are firm but have settled in well after about 3 weeks.

The American models are different, so I would recommend going local.. same price as shipping here is free
