Looking at getting coilovers.

So I have been thinking for a while that I want to get coilovers for my GTD, but am unsure of what brand to get. I have been looking at K Sport & FK Silverline X coilovers, but couldn't tell you the difference between them other than cost . I would appreciate recommendations if anyone has a preferred brand they'd recommend

i have FK's on mine and they are a very nice product, and i got them for a good price too, from Slammed Distribution (a sponsor on this forum). i cannot fault the FK's at all - easy to adjust, they're a well trusted and established brand, etc etc.

what k sport ones were you looking at? do you have a link?

I'm looking to get coilovers gor my GTI down the track. I already know what I will be getting - HPA SHS Coilovers from HPA Motorsports. They are about $1500 landed here and I have heard great things about them expecially from White James.

I can get them $1195 delivered to my door. The FK's are $1149 delivered, so I'm on the fence at the moment.

man, we live HEAPS close together! i often wash my car at the DIY laserwash place on arthurton road!

yarra bend is fun, if you hit it at the right time (at night, or basically when there are no cyclists around).

That's literally 1 minute from my place. I always drive past the car wash and see crazies washing their care at 9pm when its 10 degrees outside.

The Bend sounds awesome other than the bloody cyclists.

lol. i might be one of those crazies, koz!

the bend's alright - later in the night time it's always quiet, and also before the afternoon commute. it's a fun bit of road, and it's my "keep current" go-to spot for if i havent done a cruise in a long time, and need to just re-familiarise myself with the car again.
