  • Suspension install in Brisbane?

    Hey all,

I'm hoping that some of you will be able to recommend a place in Brisbane that'd be able to fit my suspension goodies (coils, refresh kit) My order from ECS has caught me offguard and apparently it's arriving tomorrow!! Crazy seeing as I only ordered last Wednesday.

    Thanks guys!
    Don.

fulcrum suspension at yeerongpilly has been nice to me. have only taken the 180SX there though, but apparently they're the go to place for 180SX suspension so that's how I ended up there.

as for other cars I don't know for sure, but we would have all heard that story about the 911 GT2 so I assume they've dealt with a very wide range of cars and know what they're doing.

ken from accurate suspension is another one that seems to get reccommended a lot. he's cheaper (but not as cheap as some others) and finds cheaper and more practical ways to do things, but he is very experienced and knows what he's doing: Accurate Suspension Brisbane Queensland Australia

other one i've heard a few times is southside suspension.

Thanks for the help mate, I'll give Accurate Suspension a ring on the morrow and have a chat with Ken.

My car (87 000km) is nearing its timing belt change, so I've just thought it may be a good idea to kill two birds with one stone and get suspension and service at the same place/time. I've seen "Prestige & Performance" mentioned a few times so I'll give them a ring as well and see what we can come up with.

      Thanks again, Don.

Thanks for all the responses chaps! Much appreciated.
From what you've said Prestige & Performance seem to be the go for sure, especially seeing as I can get my service done with them at the same time.
Looking at the info on their website they seem to really know their **** I'll give Mike a ring first thing Monday morning, fingers crossed there isn't too much of a waiting list. Giddy up!

Haha Don, your name isn't too bad either mate!

Hahaa, don't tempt me dammit!! I've been thinking about how to get it done asap. I've got a friends wedding in Thailand next month and a European snowboarding mission in Jan, so the bank balance is looking weak

lol, two very worthy reasons for a weak balance though! I should really start looking at making these holidays take a back seat. Looking forward to catching up soon mate

City Suspension in Springwood seemed like a good place, owner was willing to help me out and give me good advice free of charge one time when I was trouble shooting some suspension issues. I'd go there if I couldn't work on my car myself.
