Hey all. I want to lower my mk5 R32, just wondering if anyone can give me a few suggestions? Are coilovers the best?

There great but you can't beat coilovers on handling and suspension, especially on a r32!

I put KW V2's but I did my homework first make sure you do that. I tried Koni, KW and H&R and overall I found that the KW were alot better price, performance and features! Well thats the three main things that I had in my head anyway
Back on topic though fellasLast edited by DubSteve; 12-09-2007, 02:56 PM.I'm soo euro even my missus is shaved...

Hi Ninzi, I am about to go the Koni coilover route on my mk5 GTI. I have always been more than satisfied with Konis for reliability and the fact that they are adjustable. If they ever need it, they can be rebuilt or revalved which isnt a huge expense. Ride is firmer but definately easy to live with. The GTIs can go down 60 m/m if wanted too!
The cost was a also a nice surprise to me as well.I am not sure if they are producing R32 kits yet.
