Fitment issues

found a set of wheels for a mk5 jetta ( 08 turbo dsg model) yrt have no idea if they are likely to fit with regards to arch clearence etc. read through the offset calc etc and i think i can use them but any help would be much appreciated
specs:

17"x8" fronts 0.5" lip
17"9.5" Rears 1.5" Lip
ET 45 all around
5*112
centrebore 60mm

fronts should be ok.
Check out Silver Dubs rear at 9.5et40, obviously you will have 5mm less
