Hey guys. Just checking if you guys redo alignment and camber adjustments after installing coilovers? Just got a set of HPA SHS coilovers on my jetta and it's awesome and drives straight as but camber is a little out. I didn't put it real low so don't have issues with rubbing with the guards. Am getting new brake rotors installed so was gonna get them on and also wanted to wait for the coilovers to settle in before doing camber and alignment. Also any issues with taking it to any shop aka kmart auto?

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.

Don't go to k-Mart. You will send the mechanics into a flat-spin & their heads will explode.
Go to a wheel alignment specialist or a VW specialist. Even ring a VW specialist & ask them where they go.
Fulcrum, Accurate Suspension, City Suspension, Leda Suspension.
to answer your question, yes, you need a wheel alignment. Raising & lowering the suspension changes the camber & toe.carandimage The place where Off-Topic is On-Topic
