  • Springs/ suspension Golf R

    Hi Dubbers!

I have searched the forums and have only found a few posts on aftermarket suspension concerning the MK6. I have been scanning around now looking for aftermarket springs to suit the Golf R, I'm wondering if anybody has fitted anything as of yet, how it currently sits, what the actual drop was after wear in period and most of all HOW DOES IT FEEL!?

I have been told the MK6 GTI springs will not fit the Golf R, is this true? Eibach online offers a pro kit for the MK6 but I am weary to purchase anything until I have received enough information to confirm fitment.

    Thanks in advance!

Yes!! I'm also looking around to improve the handling of the R..would some front and rear sway bars provide some bang for buck mod?? Thanks.

FWD suspension is different to AWD. Parts on the rear aren't interchangeable, no idea about the front..
