Hey Dylan - did you get defected on the way to sedf? Saw your car with the dreaded yellow sticker!

Oh and for anyone that cares here's how my boleros turned out after their visit to the wheel repair guy:

Agree with 15 front 20 rear adapters, will sit pretty flush with a touch of camber dialed in.
195/40/17 would be idea if your after some decent stretc, but then again it comes down to the tyre.
Nankang should offer something, speak to Dom as he's the odd tyre size expert.
As for the adapters, as long as you fit them up properly you will be fine. There are a good number of people on here running them with no issue and if you have a look on places like Vortex you will see 100s of people running them daily/track
Look forward to seeing this on, do like a bit of OEM+ goodness!

Was it suspension / clearance in your guards - or too low? Can you fit up your stockies to clear it?

Ok - I said I'd post some pics of these Bolero's fitted up, so here goes. Gotta roll the guards and either remove or trim my arch flares but I think they look pretty good. Have never seen them on a mk3, here or overseas.

Falkens stretched pretty nice on there.

Pulled them back off for now, but once I roll the guards etc - I will run them full time.

Who was your wheel repair guy? I'm now inspired to get my Lenso's done in a gloss black (they're matte at the moment and they were a steal so I can justify a bit of lovin' for them).
What kind of coin we looking at?
                        Yours look ace btw!

depends on a few things. what finish. powder or 2 pack, number of times it takes them to remove the old finish, if the wheels are one piece or split and so on.

Cheers, I used ACE Wheels in Braeside, really impressed with the job they did - came out better than new and one of them was haggard! I think it was around $600 - a little pricey but I bought the wheels for next to nothing so I was ok with it.
