Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

      Thanks mate

No pics as of yet, getting it fully detailed first I think, to get the wet look and then get some shots taken.

Not sure what to do next, prob wheels but having difficulty picking them lol, was goin to go with phaeton wheels but to heavy (grrr) back up plan will prob be a set of merc wheels or BBS depending on the monies.

Audi wheels also have the same bolt pattern which should expand your search a bit more.
Helios look the shiz but they are so pricey and weigh an awful lot.

Looked at the Audi wheel but nothing that stands out.....boo. The Helios are the shiz alright but waaay to heavy and not worth pulling the DSG box out of the car lol

The talladegas look awesome in that photo but cant bring myself to put them on as I wouldnt want it to look like I bought the R32 and trying to make it look like the new one lol sad I know but.....

BBS are awesome but just been done so many times, its all about being different lol, or at least in a small minority lol

Check out Raderwerks for some mad wheels.

The S5 wheels look pretty wicked.

Just spotted a Mk6 GTI with TT-RS wheels which was also nice.

Or you could pick up some gallardo wheels

Hmm, not bad but a bit dull.

I think you need some Rotiforms

I believe you can only order them from overseas but the dolar is so strong that they will end up coming in cheap and they are 1 piece forged rims.

Raderwerks have them and many other sexy rims.

They will colour them for you.
I believe someone on vortex recently had theirs coloured "rootbear colour".

They will look good on a black R32 no doubt.

Not on a golf but you get the idea
