13" rims with 16" hubcaps

I thought this was really ingenious & creative when I saw it, 16" hubcaps on 13" steelies, what a great budget upgrade, shows what a little bit of thought can do.





There aren't any pics of how he did it, but basically he cut all the mounting hardware off the back of the caps so they're flat, and then cable-tied them to the rims through the spokes. I'm a fan

i like. there was a few in the MK3 section a while back. hub caps never looked to cool!

if youre driving along, a flat or semi-flat tyre would destroy the hubcab, and potentially make a mess of your wheel arch
