GTI Wheels on V6 Bora ?

V6 Bora came with 16" and 17" wheels.
Looks like they might have been
16" x 6.5, ET 42
17" x 7, ET 38
Looks like Golf GTI wheels might be
17" x 7.5, ET 51

Anybody know whether GTI wheels might fit on a V6 Bora ?
Quite a difference in width and and offset.

which GTI wheels are you referring to?
If youre thinking of mk5 GTI wheels then no they wont fit because the bolt pattern is different

I'm pretty sure the 17" Bora wheels (known as Bora Sports) are actually 17x7.5. The R32 wheels (Aristos) are 18x8 if memory serves.

The Mk4 GTI wheels were only 16", as Tim mentioned, the Mk5 wheels are a different stud pattern and thus will not fit. ET51 is also a long way from the standard Mk4 ET...

with that sort of offset you get adapters to make them work. keep in mind this is not legal.
with a offset of 51, as the others have said, its most likely a MK5 wheel. in this case not a direct fit to your MK5
