Looks like Miro wheels but i don't think it is.
The miro's have fewer bolts:

My first thought was Gemballa but there are small differences comparing with images on the internet. The rear of those wheels make it look like 2-piece rather than 3-piece as well, if they were split rims at all. Could be hard finding another similar pair.Comment
