Vibration on new wheels and tyres

I just changed my tyres and wheels last week on my Passat and noticed that I'm getting some vibration feedback on the steering wheel and accelerator pedals when doing around 90km/h - 110km/h.

The tyre shop rebalanced the tyres but still getting them. Is there something to to do with the wheels itself? They are the Audi RS4 reps wheels with Hankook V12 tyres.
