On the topic of rebuildable suspension.
I just had my bilstein PSS9s rebuilt. After about 75,000kms they were spent! I did take a couple of big hits though. Apparently there was lots of air in the oil.
Cost around $350 to have both fronts rebuilt which I think its fair enough given the innitial purchase price.

Jason thats just for one damper.
There is a life time warranty, but as long as your the original purchaser & don't miss treat or track at all.
Me don't think too much of the KW's anymore, even though they worked well, untill.

Eddy, email me your phone number and I will walk you through the options. Quoting you on a replacement damper is one I told you I'd follow up and did (this is the fastest way to get you up and running) and rather than responding to me there is a lot of jumping to conclusions on the forum here that needs clarification. We have always looked after all our customers and replaced any faulty parts when warranted. You have a used kit, we have no idea who/how they installed it and simply replacing parts at no cost is not something we can do out of our own pocket without verification. The Variant 3 is very different to a PSS9 and many kits out there hence the replacement cost. A V1 or V2 (similar to a PSS9) is easy as we simply replace the cartridge insert and the cost is significantly lower than that of a V3. Nevertheless, please send me your phone no. and we will do whatever we can from our side to assist.

                        Cheers
                        Dragan

Its the same with any product dont you think? regardless suspension or not, you mistreat/abuse the goods no warranty will be given on them. (not saying you have)

And as mentioned by dre they are second hand???? you never mentioned that to us? maybe the prev owner may of done something

                                Hoyhoy.

What I can add is that these have done two track days on my Pog. & 23,000 Km. on the the public road. Before this they had done some track work but very Km's & were fitted by top professionals.
Back on the topic of this thread, I was only asking who could service KW's.
Now there will be no more slandering on my behalf, OK.
