spare wheel question

If i just replaced my shredded wheel today with my spare wheel, should I be looking to replace my spare with the same wheel as my other 4?

my 4 wheels are the continental cs2's that come with the polo gti

should i just find another continental cs2 replacement or would I be ok with getting a bridgestone adrenaline as a spare?

basically what im asking is that is it bad to be running 3 continentals and 1 bridgestone? (if it happens in the future)
