When self and SWMBO get into the car at same time SWMBO's phone always connects rather than mine. People who want to contact us normally call my number since other half has history of not turning on her phone.
Is it just a case of which signal gets picked up first which determines which phone connects or can it be determined within Settings? Is it possible to change a handset connection while vehicle is in motion?

turn blue tooth off on the SWMBO unit.

Your phone will then pair. It's what my wife and I do, when she wishes to use my phone to make a call from the 9W7 (because my plan has unlimited calls/charges). My phone connects to the RCD510 and 9W7 within a minute of her phone BT being switched off

      Thanks Steve.

Suspected the most obvious might have to be the solution. Had hoped might have been a way to prioritise the connections. If it works, that'll do!
