Yes Blackvue. I have twin cameras, last year it saved us the excess on a claim due to the clear evidence the video presented that the other car was at fault. Must have these days!
I have a Blackvue DR650GW-1ch in my Tiguan, but I also highly recommend the StreetGuardian SG9665GC V2 too, it is a bit cheaper, it has a little better night video quality, locally made and their customer service is awesome (jokiin), but missing the parking mode.
Thanks for this. I'm getting a dash cam setup as well after being tailgated by some feral cow in a Holden Senator for "brake testing" her. My car was on radar cruise at the time so it was the computer that braked, not me. She followed me for 10 km with her mobile phone in her left hand filming the whole time while sitting a foot from my bumper at 110 kph. She chose not to overtake me on the freeway when she had the chance. I had to trick her into missing my turn off by changing lanes quickly at the last minute. Nut bag. I really hope she shows it to the police. If I'd had a rear facing dash cam I would have gone straight to the police myself.
I stopped at a car stereo shop to look at the blackvue. While they had high praise for them they preferred the iroad v9 at the moment. It also has a 1080p rear camera. Anyone had any experience with these?

looking out for a 2 cam front and rear Dash cam setup.
Found a couple around, just wondering what you guys recommend/have installed.
Currently between a BLACKVUE 2CH and Koonlung - K1S.
Just wondering how long the cable is on the Blackvue's for the rear cam (coax I believe)
and If any one has got a Koonlung, Read a bit that they turn off/ not very reliable, but are very very stealth.
The Blackvue DR650 GWHD would be my pick. HOWEVER if I was replacing mine I would buy two separate cameras which are both HD and use them. Better quality and maybe cheaper. You can buy them from here and get English versions for a lot less than here. I have bought several off them and have had no technical problems.
The reason I would go for 2 is that the rear cams are a lower resolution than the fronts and my 760 quality one is not really good enough to read plates. You can hook them into a Power Magic and hard wire itand have parking mode on both if you wish.
Which part of Brissy are you Email me can show you a few things
Yea ok, I'm hearing ya. thats cheap!!! I guess I can get one, see how its goes then get another for the rear as you say later on.
Ill PM you next week, Road trip to Bathurst this afternoon.
