Email Notifications Failing (mostly Telstra)
Hello everyone. Seems there is an issue with Telstra (possible others) blocking email from our server. If you are trying to sign up I would suggest a different email if possible. If you're trying to reset your password and it fails please use the Contact Us page:
try disconnecting the battery for 5 mins and back on...if doesnt work...remove the unit and move it around a little while pressing eject. if that fails then you can sometimes open up the unit and with a little playing around get the cd out....more likely a doggy cd then a head unit issue

Hi Thanks for your help. I have tried the above suggestions but cd won't eject. Could you please advise me how to remove the unit as suggested.
Regards

Thanks for your help. Removed radio and tipped upside down whilst shaking, cd eventually ejected. CD has scratches on it where they weren't before so seems like something out of place in player. Thanks again.

Keep shaking, sounds like something else is in there as nothing in a CD drive that should scratch a CD as it is all above it till it gets right in and then drops down on the centre driving spindle.
